Grad Scheme to Great Things: Our Graduates Take the Next Step
We’re proud to share the recent achievement of Sophie Lee and Charlotte Barter-Jones for completing their two-year graduate scheme at Limbs & Things! The pair joined our Commercial team back in October 2023 and have since come into their own within the company.
The Commercial Graduate Scheme is a two-year programme that rotates across key commercial departments at Limbs & Things. It offers practical experience and the opportunity to work directly on company projects, with additional training workshops.
Speaking as to why she joined the scheme, Sophie describes the connection she felt to the company ethos and the commitment to developing ethnically diverse products to ensure everyone has equal access to care. She was also drawn to the advancements that the company makes in medical training.
Sophie is moving on from the commercial side of the business but will continue to work within the Limbs & Things team. She’s excited to take on even bigger, companywide projects but is “leaving the Commercial team with a heavy heart after all the mentorship and support I’ve received”.
Charlotte, who is returning the Marketing team as Marketing Assistant, says the graduate role “was a great opening into the industry of healthcare simulation and has provided me with real insight into the journey of our training models. Having now worked in Product Management for a year, I am looking forward to applying my knowledge and experience within marketing full time and continuing to bring training simulation to life.”
