Administration

Our Customer Service team operates in a fast-paced environment dealing with enquiries for both domestic and international customers. Day to day activity is always varied, with anything from quotes to shipping coming across their desks. 

Our IT team support us with technical and software expertise to ensure the smooth running of operations across the business. They're responsible for equipping all new office starters with a complete digital solution so you're up and running from day one, and building an interactive meeting environment to keep us connected with colleagues and customers around the world. 

The Accounts department handle all supplier and customer invoicing and payment requirements, coordinating with all colleagues to keep projects and operations running smoothly. 

The HR Department works closely with all departments, coordinating and managing activities, including recruitment, staff inductions, personal development training, pay and benefits, and annual leave.

Commercial

Colleagues working in UK and International Sales operate on a hybrid basis, in the office and travelling to customers, distributors and exhibitions. Knowledgeable and proactive, the teams run training sessions, webinars, as well as campaigns on new products and industry trends. 

Our Marketing Department covers traditional and digital marketing activities across company brands. Working closely with Product Management and Sales, we produce and action email campaigns, website development strategies, and print and digital catalogues and brochures in collaboration with our in-house graphic designer. 

Product Management is a pivotal part of L&T, they are responsible for our whole range of products, both Limbs & Things branded and third-party items. Each member of the team is responsible for a selection of products and champions them from inception through to launch and beyond. Along with the Marketing team, they create support documents and guides for all products, and video promos and tutorials.

Operations

Operations covers the heart of Limbs & Things' manufacturing, with an extensive engineering team, and skilled production workers handling everything from moulding to construction of individual products and components. 

The whole team strive for excellence in their output, and are supported by Quality Assurance. Old and new products are put under strict testing to ensure they can fulfil, and exceed, customer needs.

R&D

The primary role of the R&D team is to design and test our products, working closely with Product Management to understand our customers' requirements. 

Using a combination of traditional model-making, 3D CAD and 3D printing, we work concepts through to final engineered products. We strive to develop technologies, materials and processes that allow our products to deliver to their highest potential.
