Find everything you need to know about the recent changes affecting our Canada-based customers.
What’s changing?
All orders placed by Canadian based customers will now be fulfilled by Limbs & Things Ltd, our parent company in the United Kingdom, rather than our US based business, Limbs & Things Inc.
This means orders will be shipped directly from our UK Headquarters, reducing additional import and tariff costs.
Do I need to do anything?
When placing an order, you may be asked to complete a new vendor form, but our customer service team will let you know the details if this is required.
Why are prices shown in GBP?
To support shipment from our UK Headquarters, Canadian customers will be redirected to our UK website to receive direct support from our relevant Customer Service team.
The key difference you’ll notice is that prices are shown in GBP rather than USD, however we also offer pricing in $CAD, which you can request by clicking ‘Request a Quote’ on the product pages, via our contact us page or by emailing sales@limbsandthings.com.
Can I pay in $CAD?
Yes, we now accept payment in $CAD. Prices are available in $CAD on request. To submit a request, click ‘Request a Quote’ on product pages, visit our contact us page or email sales@limbsandthings.com.

Can I still make purchases directly on the website?
Although our website does not offer direct purchase in $CAD, please get in touch with our team via our contact us page to request a quote.
When will these changes take place?
