TruCorp’s new trauma simulation manikin, TruJunctional, replicates massive haemorrhage scenarios affecting the lower torso in emergency and combat situations.
TruJunctional simulates multiple acute traumatic wounds, enabling training in tourniquet placement, pelvic binding, wound packing, and junctional haemorrhage control.
Dual Programmable Wounds & Training Modes

Training to Support Emergency Procedures
Haemorrhage is the main cause of preventable deaths in combat situations. Traumatic wound care and tourniquet application training has been shown to improve the skills and accuracy of medical professionals. (See Skills: Evidence.) TruJunctional is ideal for Military Medics, Paramedics, EMTs, trauma and emergency physicians, and nurses.

Cleaning
- Drain blood reservoir and tubing after use
- Rinse system through with clean water and an anti-fungal agent
- Wipe surfaces clean using a soft damp cloth and mild detergent, alcohol wipes, or alcohol-based cleaner
- Allow to dry thoroughly before storing
Safety
- Use caution when moving the primed model
- Do not leave tourniquets on the manikin outside of training sessions
- Do not scrub the trainer when cleaning, it may cause excessive wear to the paint
- Please do not use any of the following when cleaning the trauma product range:
- Germicides, disinfectants, or chemical agents such as glutaraldehyde (e.g. Cidex®)
- Ethylene oxide, phenol-based cleaners or iodine-containing cleaners
