Difficult access insert simulating a "tipping" port, which is placed in the recessed area on Chester Chest. When accessing the implanted port through the overlying outer tissue flap, it simulates a properly placed port on the upper portion of the insert, or a "tilting" or "tipping" port when placed in the lower portion of the insert.
