ATLAS Task Kit
The Advanced Training in Laparoscopic Suturing (ATLAS) Task Kit includes all the components needed to facilitate the six task modules that act as a benchmark for minimally invasive training and progression.
The kit ensures trainees can practice and be assessed on:
- Needle handling and positioning
- Forehand suturing
- Backhand suturing
- Confined space suturing
- Suturing under tension
- Continuous suturing
Overview
- Specifically design to aid in advancing surgeon’s skills in suturing and needle handling
- Durable and long-lasting skin frame constructed from neoprene
Realism
- Fully compatible with tools used during laparoscopic procedures
- Includes components designed to mimic confined spaces on the internal anatomy
Versatility
- Multiple pre-incised holes to vary entry point of the trocars
Cleaning
- Surfaces can be cleaned with a soft damp cloth or sponge
Safety
- Use caution when handling and cleaning electrical components of this trainer
- Ensure all suture needles are removed from product parts after procedures
