Product innovations stem from research, revamping or complimenting existing products, or often from working with you, our customers, as with our Colles' Fracture.

Ideas approved, our Research & Development team take the reins, investing their time into answering the all-important question: 'how can we bring this to life?'. There are many factors to consider: materials, mechanisms and importantly, the process for our in-house manufacturing. Each new product we create has a long process of research, concept sketches, thorough testing, and several prototypes behind it.

Our prototypes are distributed to a variety of organizations and clinicians who to put our newest innovations to the test. Gathering feedback from around the world is a vital stage; not only do we get an insight into the thoughts of our expert collaborators, but we also get a first glance at how our customers will use our simulation. Our prototypes are fine-tuned until we are satisfied that our innovation will meet customer needs and go beyond expectations.

An important part of the Limbs & Things machine, the Engineering department refine the manufacturing process, ensuring each product has a set of unique tools which can create the high-quality, life-like simulation known to Limbs & Things.

Product and tools finalized, production starts. Our skilled Production teams carefully create our trainers, pouring time, effort, and silicone into making our unique and innovative products come to life.

Once created, our trainers are carefully packaged ready to be sent out of our door, to arrive at yours.

Then it's over to you to do the hard work- using our carefully designed products to train the professionals of tomorrow and support the ones of today.
