This award is focused around the contribution of a dynamic, creative and visionary leader, recognising an enterprising individual who has achieved sustained levels of growth and strong financial performance through a culture of innovation, resilience and an ethos of inspiring others through their leadership style.

Margot, the founder of Limbs & Things fought off strong competition from the 12 strong field of short-listed finalists to be honoured with this prestigious award.

Margot commented:

“Winning this award is a great honour indeed; it reflects where we have come from, where we are, and the greater achievements which lie ahead.

But above all it reflects the huge effort and dedication of everyone in the company. Without the willing spirit and skill which is the foundation of our work, we wouldn’t have achieved this accolade”

Well done Margot!
