You will be responsible for the overall management of Limbs & Things’ operations in Australia and New Zealand. This is primarily a sales role, with responsibility for ensuring that all aspects of the business operate smoothly, including overseeing logistics, human resources, development of new business, and ensuring profitability. You will manage a small team and be responsible for developing plans for company growth and improvement of sales.
This role will suit a highly committed individual, perhaps an experienced sales representative or sales manager, business manager or general manager, who still thrives on the process of selling and direct customer service and contact and is also looking for the autonomy that managing a business brings.

The sale of medical devices or consumables with a recognised ‘blue chip’ company, benefitting from their sales training program, and a medical, nursing or life sciences qualification will be highly regarded.
You will have the ability to deal with a wide product range, an informed approach to sales and sales management, including consultative selling, key account management and pipeline management. People management experience within a sales environment is preferable.
The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate a high level of numeracy, literacy, and e-literacy, be able to communicate clearly and concisely, verbally and in writing and be highly organised and proficient in working on planning and preparation, sharing these areas with their team.
