Customer Service Co-ordinator

You will be a key point of contact for customers throughout their entire journey with Limbs & Things, from product information, quoting, order processing, shipping, and post-sale support.    We pride ourselves in offering a personal touch to our customer service, treating customers as individuals rather than numbers.

Our company is going through major growth, initially your main priority will be to learn our standard processes and procedures and hit the ground running.   You will be looking after set geographical regions, and working closely with the relevant sales team to support our customers.   The wider customer service team support one another to achieve our SLAs and ensure excellent service to both internal and external customers.  This is only achievable through team collaboration, within Customer Service and with the wider business.

The job requires high attention to detail, initiative, flexibility, and resilience due to its fast-paced nature, with a tendency for last minute urgent requirements.    You will provide an appropriate, calm, and timely response in these situations.

In 2021 the customer service team processed on average, 205 quotes, 397 orders and 362 shipments per month.   January 2022 saw 356 quotes and 440 orders which reflects the growth we are experiencing.

The ideal candidate will have 2 to 3 years’ experience in a customer service role or data entry with proven track record of high attention to detail, whether through work experience or studying.   Previous experience of working with UK and Worldwide customers would be desirable.   You will be good at following set processes and procedures, ensuring everything is done in the correct way.

You will have excellent attention to detail, high levels of resilience, flexibility, and the ability to prioritise in changing circumstances daily.   Good planning and organisational skills are key to providing exceptional customer service.

You are a great communicator, both verbally and in writing, and you have experience of building relationships at all levels across the business.  

You will have good MS Office skills, including the ability to analyse and present data using excel. Ideally you have had some experience of using a customer database and experience of shipping/logistics would be an advantage.
