FLS All-In-One Trainer System
Providing everything required to run an FLS Training program, the All-In-One Trainer System combines the innovative FLS Box and SimCart, with a complete set of task consumables and instruments.
Limbs & Things created this exclusive range of simulation trainers, working closely with the SAGES-ACS Fundamentals of Laparoscopic Surgery committee.
As the approved models used in the FLS course, trainees will be able to gain confidence practicing on an exam-ready set up.
The full FLS system comes with the following, in addition to, the trainer box and Mobile SimCart:
- Ligating Loops (3 x Single and 8 x Multi-Use Loops)
- 50 Sutures
- 8-piece FLS Instruments Kit
Overview
- Exclusively designed and endorsed for the FLS Program
- Open box design to let in ambient light, with a fitted LED lighting strip for evenly distributed light over the surgical field
- Supplied with a bundle of over 150 consumables and instruments for use in FLS tasks
- Internal camera is easily connected to AV equipment with a RCA video cable, for clear visuals of the training area

- FLS trainer box is easily portable and can be used on desktops as well as AV carts
- Mobile SimCart comes with wheels and flat feet, allowing it to be a moveable or permanent station

- Other Limbs & Things products can be used in conjunction with the laparoscopic surgery trainer box, including variable slope jigs, and other laparoscopic products such as the appendix range [NOTE: The FLS trainers are not specifically designed to work with these products]

- If this product requires cleaning, use a soft damp cloth with mild detergent and warm water
- Leave to dry thoroughly before storing
- This product contains electronics, DO NOT submerge in water

Is the FLS all-in-one trainer system portable and easy to use in a training center?
Yes, the All-in-One Trainer allows for multiple teaching scenarios.
Used independently from the SimCart, the FLS box weighs approximately 6kg and can be positioned on any flat surface for use with any existing audio-visual equipment in your facility.
The included SimCart can be set up to be a wheeled mobile unit, which is easily maneuverable around a classroom setting, or, the additional Flat Feet allow for a more permanent and stationary practice space.

- Peg Transfer: Pegboard + 6 Triangles and 2 Maryland Dissectors
- Precision Cutting: Single Circle Gauze Pads, Jumbo Clip, Maryland Dissector and Endoscissors
- Ligating Loop: Red Foam Organ, Ligating Loop (Multi-use for practice and Single-use for testing), Jumbo Clip, Endoscissors, Grasper (Maryland Dissector or Locking/Ratcheted Handle)
- Suture with Extracorporeal Knot: Penrose Drain, Suture Block, Suture, 2 Needle Drivers (or a Needle Driver and Maryland Dissector), Knot Pusher (open or closed), Endoscissors
