Consultant author and author of original Suture TutorProfessor Kneebone is Professor of Surgical Education at Imperial College London. Prior to joining Imperial in 2003, he pioneered an innovative national training programme for minor surgery within primary care, based around intensive workshops using simulated tissue models and a computer-based learning program. Much of his current research focuses on simulation.
Since 2005 Professor Kneebone has lead the UK’s only Masters in Education (MEd) in Surgical Education. -

Video consultant for suturing and knot tyingMr Whyman is Consultant General and Vascular Surgeon at Gloucestershire Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust. The majority of his specialist practice is in vein, hernia and laser surgery.
