Project Co-ordinator

As a Project Co-ordinator in the R&D department of Limbs & Things, you will report to the Project Manager and provide efficient and proactive support to project teams throughout the product development lifecycle.

You will be working in collaboration with many areas of the business, especially R&D, Product Management and Operations, with a focus on helping deliver projects on time and to meet cost and quality targets, so excellent organisational skills and the ability to work to tight deadlines is essential.

The growth of the business means there are a number of new product development projects of varying sizes happening simultaneously, so you will quickly get exposure to projects at all stages of the lifecycle.  

Once you find your feet there will be opportunities to run smaller development or change projects, whilst still assisting with larger, multi-disciplinary projects, allowing you to develop your project management skills.

The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years’ experience in a technical support, coordination, or administration role. You will have the ability to work independently and as part of the wider team.

You have excellent verbal, written and presentation skills, strong interpersonal skills and the confidence to communicate at all levels of the business.  

The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate that they have excellent attention to detail. They will also have good MS Office skills, especially Word and PowerPoint.
