Ingrowing Toenail is designed as a resource to help convey the essential skills and techniques required in the application of a tourniquet and wedge excision of an ingrowing toenail.

Each compact and portable Trainee Kit contains the CD-ROM with single user software license and all the relevant instruments, surgical consumables and synthetic soft tissue models necessary for 'hands-on' skills training and skills reinforcement.

As the Trainee Kits contain all the materials for the practical part of the course, trainees should be issued with their own kit before the course for 'pre-learning' and then for use during the session to derive maximum benefit. To supplement and reinforce what they have learnt, trainees can then use their kits for home study to continue building their knowledge and skills, guided by the expert tuition contained on the CD-ROM.

Replacement simulated tissue parts can be purchased providing for cost effective usage of the kit so mastery can be achieved and, in the future, maintained.
