3M™ Littmann® Listen-In Auscultation Teaching System


The Littmann Listen-In auscultation teaching system delivers a simultaneous sound experience for up to five clinicians. It uses a dedicated Android device, with Listen-In software installed, to link the five pre-paired Littmann Model 3200 stethoscopes. At any one time, one stethoscope can act as the Presenting stethoscope while the others act as Listening stethoscopes. Digital capture ensures perfect sound reproduction and with a Bluetooth® connection the set-up is quick and easy.

  • Utilises a standard Littmann Model 3200 electronic stethoscope which can be used for your regular patient assessments (with a built-in recording facility and supplied analysis software). Recommended for Cardiology, Paediatric, Respiratory, A&E, ITU, Internal, and General medicine
  • Reduce the length of and increase the efficiency of teaching sessions and ward rounds
