Payment Terms

  

We require all orders to be submitted in writing (by fax, post or email) before they can be processed.

We accept official orders from Health & Primary Care Trusts, Universities, public authorities and large organisations.

For all other orders please fill in the UK order form.

All orders are subject to CARRIAGE

VAT will be added, where applicable, at the current UK percentage rate at date of despatch.
 
All UK mainland orders carry a minimum carriage charge of £10.00 for one package, each additional package will be charged at £8. This applies to orders sent as a single consignment.

For large orders, part shipments, orders outside UK mainland, and international shipments, please request a quotation for carriage charges from our customer services department: 0117 311 0513

 

Customers who are VAT exempt must send a copy of their VAT Exemption Certificate with each order.

All orders will be acknowledged. Please take time to check the information on the acknowledgement, especially delivery information. 

  

Payment with order or 30 days from invoice for approved accounts.

Payment can be made by Cheque, Bank Transfer, or Debit/Credit card. Full details are on the Order Form.

Delivery

While we endeavour to meet your delivery requirements, our normal delivery time is 3-4 weeks from receipt of order. This may be extended at certain peak periods. Products from other manufacturers can take longer. Please contact our customer services department for further details: 0117 311 0513
