Payment Terms

 

We require all orders to be submitted in writing (by fax, post or email) before they can be processed.
We accept official orders from Health & Primary Care Trusts, Universities, public authorities and large organisations.

 

An order form is available for download from our website which must be completed if an official order quoting a purchase order number cannot be provided.

All orders are subject to the following:

 

Australia - Freight / Postage and GST (GST is charged at the prevailing Australia rate).

 

New Zealand - Freight / Postage. Government charges including customs duties and GST payable upon goods arriving into New Zealand.

 

A quotation for delivery / freight or postage charges is given for large orders, part shipments, orders outside Australia, and international shipments.

 

Customers who are GST exempt must send a copy of their GST exemption certificate with each order. All orders will be acknowledged. Please take time to check the information on the acknowledgment, especially delivery information.

 

Payment with order or 14 days from invoice for approved accounts.

Delivery

While we endeavour to meet your delivery requirements, our normal delivery time is 3-4 weeks from receipt of order. This may be extended at certain peak periods.
